Our Pilates Schedule
This is our weekly schedule. We recommend booking your session(s) in advance, as class sizes are limited to ensure personalized attention.
Monday: Classes from 8am-2pm and 5pm-7pm
Tuesday: Classes from 8am-2pm and 5pm-7pm (Wall Unit Class at 6pm)
Wednesday: Classes from 8am-2pm
Thursday: Classes from 8am-2pm and 5pm-7pm
Friday: Classes from 8am-2pm
Saturday: Classes from 8am-2pm (Mat Class at 10am)
Sunday: We’re closed
